I guess it is taking too much of time to get the receipt notice for H1 transfers/ext due to backlog. Let us fill out the following details and it will help everyone who is waiting for the receipt notice..
I saw one more thread like this but it was purely for premium cases.

Friends, Please let me know your input-
Here is my backgound -
1.Current status working on H1B 8th year extension for company A
2.Labor and I-140 is approved � EB3 PD 04/2006 - Company A
3.485 pending applied in August 2007 (> 180 days) - Company A
4.EAD & AP approved - Company A
5.Wife on H4 Status not filed for her 485 as she was not here.
I want do H1b transfer & work for another company B -(Job code & job duties are little different)
I don't want to use AC21 - just continue with Company B on H1 B transfer.
I am doing H1b transfer nothing else once dates are current will add my wife.
Am I doing something wrong or screwing up my GC process?
Please advise

I went for Fingerprinting for I-485 case seond time on 9th May. When it is updated in your profile at uscis website. I see it is still showing up old dates as LUD.
Any idea ?
I gave my Fingerprints also. So far i did not see any LUD. I dont know what they are doing. Simply ignore it. There is nothing to do ourside.

Please submit contracts, statements of work, work orders, service agreements or letters from/with end-client firms requiring computer related services of the beneficiary. Evidence from other consultants or employment agencies not acceptable. The requested evidence should show specialty occupation work with the actual end-client company where the work will ultimately performed.
My company is big (250+) so why such?? if somebody had same RFE or any guidance or help regarding such matter is higly appreciated.

My I-140 & I-485 were filed concurrently in July and I have received the receipt notices last week. I have been told by my manager that I have been considered for a promotion. The job title changes from Sr.Database Administrator to Sr.Database Administrator,Staff. The new job after promotion will have additional/new responsibilities like leading/mentoring the team members in addition to the current job responsibilities. I have the following questions:
(1) Is there any risk to GC processing if the job title changes ?
(2) Is there anything that needs to be done/filed with USCIS to reflect the job title change ?

Hi,
I have applied for H1-B in India from Comany B in 2007 and got H1-B approved peititon.
Later on I got L1-A visa from my company A in Feb 2008 and came to USA on L1-A visa in Feb2008 and working for comany A till date on L1 visa.
Now I want to change my status from L1A to H1-B to join company C .
My H1 petition is valid till 2010 October. My questions are
1. Can I change my status from L1A to H1B any time before October 2010(H1b expiry date).
if not, How many months before I need to change from L1 to H1b before my H1b petition expires.
2. My current project is still ongoing till October,2010 and I am with L1 status. so Can I wait till October and then apply for change of status to join new company C on H1-B visa.
Need your help.

I am not anti-Sigma either, but I do not believe anything the produce from a digital body perspective (no pun intended) is going to influence, or drive down Canon or Nikon pro body prices. Build quality and other features keep the C and N scads ahead.
